сокр. ОЛАoligonucleotide ligation assay (сокр. OLA)[греч. oligos — немногочисленный, незначительный, лат. nucleus — ядро и греч. eidos — вид; лат. ligo — связываю; греч. analysis — разложение, расчленение]метод типирования однонуклеотидного полиморфизма генома, основанный на специфическом лигировании олигонуклеотидного праймера, 3'-конец которого соответствует одному из полиморфных вариантов, с другим олигонуклеотидным праймером, мишень для которого расположена сразу же за полиморфным нуклеотидом. При отсутствии замен в мишени оба олигонуклеотида полностью с ней гибридизуются и способны "сшиваться" при добавлении ДНКлигазы; в противном случае сшивание оказывается невозможным.Толковый биотехнологический словарь.
